Peak season in Villatel Village is from December-April, as well as on major holidays. The weather is perfect for park days, and there’s especially high demand during school breaks and holidays. Expect a lively atmosphere, and be sure to book in advance.
Shoulder season is in May, and again from September-November. There’s a good balance between comfort and value, and the weather is still warm. Fall is especially nice with events like Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival and Halloween celebrations.

Rainfall is moderate, averaging about 2.5 to 3.5 inches (64 to 89 mm) per month, with April typically being the driest. The weather is comfortable for both theme parks and poolside days, and humidity is lower than in summer.
Summer is hot and humid, with average highs around 92°F (33°C) and lows near 74°F (23°C). Rainfall is at its peak, averaging 7 to 8 inches (178 to 203 mm) each month, often coming in short afternoon thunderstorms. Despite the rain, there is plenty of sunshine, and the warm nights make evening activities outdoors common.
Fall brings slightly cooler temperatures and less rain, though September can still be quite wet with about 6 inches (152 mm) of rainfall. By November, rainfall drops to about 2.3 inches (58 mm). Average highs go from 89°F (32°C) in September to 78°F (26°C) in November. Humidity decreases as the season progresses, making it more comfortable for outdoor activities.
Winter is mild and dry, with average highs around 72 to 74°F (22 to 23°C) and lows near 52°F (11°C). Rainfall is low, averaging 2 to 2.5 inches (51 to 64 mm) per month. The cooler, drier weather makes this the most comfortable time to enjoy the parks and outdoor amenities without the summer humidity.
