Please note Solterra’s lazy river closes September 8, 2026, and the community pool and hot tub close September 22, 2026, for refurbishment. All amenity enhancements are targeted for completion by December 22, 2026 (subject to change).

Courtside Commons is a 12-bedroom home in The Village Orlando designed for large families and groups, with three themed kids' rooms, a recording studio, a home theater with a 100-inch television, and arcade.

The experience begins as you step through the elegant foyer of this 7,200-square-foot mansion, replete with high-end finishes and premium touches. Downstairs, find a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a regular king bedroom, and a primary queen bedroom that features a double-door walkout to the pool area. Upstairs, choose from five beautifully appointed king bedrooms and one bedroom with two full beds.
