Legends and Leisure Retreat is a ten-bedroom villa with space for up to 34 guests. The Hen House Hideaway is a ten-bedroom retreat for up to 26 guests with a lighter boho-inspired design and plenty of family-focused entertainment. The villa includes a private home theatre, an upstairs game loft, a blacklight space-themed arcade, a hidden children’s playroom, and two themed bunk rooms with slides. Magnolia Point offers a more traditional alternative to Reunion Resort’s heavily themed villas. The five-bedroom home spans approximately 6,700 square feet and accommodates up to 10 guests, with spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a warm, polished interior designed for relaxed family stays. It is a strong fit for smaller groups that want access to Reunion Resort without needing the scale or elaborate entertainment features of a ten-bedroom estate.
Villatel Village at Solterra Villas
Villatel Village at Solterra is designed around large-group stays, with oversized villas, immersive themed bedrooms, private pools, game rooms, movie theatres, and resort access. Guests can also use selected Solterra Resort amenities, including tennis courts, a lazy river, fitness facilities, a covered playground, and event spaces, with some amenities carrying an additional fee.
Titan at Villatel Village Solterra is a 12-bedroom villa with space for up to 24 guests. The property features a massive private pool, summer kitchen, arcade room, movie theatre, gym, and three elaborate themed bedrooms, including superhero, animated playhouse, and space-inspired designs. Its 7,200-square-foot layout gives larger families plenty of room to gather without feeling crowded.
Slalom at Villatel Village Solterra is an 11-bedroom villa for up to 28 guests with one of the collection’s more unusual amenities: a private ski simulator room. It also includes a private pool with a waterslide and Jacuzzi, an arcade, game loft, gym, movie theatre, and two immersive children’s bedrooms inspired by an underwater world and a colourful playhouse.
Strike N Spare at Villatel Village Solterra is an 11-bedroom villa with space for up to 28 guests and an entertainment setup built around group fun. Highlights include a private bowling alley, karaoke room, arcade, game loft, gym, movie theatre, and a large screened pool with a Jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen. Two themed children’s bedrooms add space, winter, and adventure-inspired details.

How do you get to Disney World?
Most travellers to Disney World will arrive by air. The closest and most convenient airport is Orlando International Airport, which is just a short drive from Disney World. It serves many domestic and international routes. Sanford International Airport is another option, but it’s further from the parks.
Once you arrive at your villa near Disney, you can reach the parks via rental car, shuttle, taxi, or private driver.

Are Disney World tickets included with villas near Disney?

When is the best time to visit Disney World?
Choosing the best time to visit Disney World depends on balancing convenience and avoiding crowds.
If you can visit during off-peak times, the best times to visit are usually January and February, early May, and September through December (except holidays). Kids usually have school at this time, which means fewer crowds, but it may also be more difficult for families to swing.
If you’re looking at the weather, November through February is an ideal time to visit. The humidity and temperatures are lower, allowing you to explore the park comfortably.

Summer is the hottest and wettest time of the year, with high humidity and a chance of thunderstorms. Average temperatures are 88-92°F (31-33°C) and average rainfall is 7-8 inches (175-200 mm).
Fall sees slightly lower temperatures and lower humidity, allowing for milder weather. Average temperatures are 73-88°F (23-31°C) and average rainfall is 4-6 inches (100-150 mm).
Winter is the driest and coolest season, making it the most pleasant for outdoor activities for many. Average temperatures are 50-74°F (10-23°C) and average rainfall is 2-3 inches (50-75 mm).
