Nestled within Solterra Resort, Villatel Village is a brand new, one-of-a-kind vacation community that plays host to 71 luxury homes and exclusive amenities—including a private entrance, scenic views, and a covered playground. We look forward to offering you access to our Event & Conference center in Summer 2023. While construction is still underway, you can expect to find a fabulous community sandbox (and accompanying machinery) in its place.

Young snow princesses and queens will want to show off their superpowers when they enter the glittering Wintry World. Here, wall art décor brings to mind a faraway frozen land and a forest of wonder. A ladder leads to a play loft, an icy blue slide brings them back to ground level, and a cozy Nordic cottage hides two beds where dreams are always magical.

Nine more ultra-comfortable bedrooms with en suite baths round out the sleeping arrangements.

On the first floor, find three conveniently located sanctuaries, including two primary bedrooms with king-size beds, and a primary queen bedroom with a double-door walkout to the pool area.
