Please note Solterra’s lazy river closes September 8, 2026, and the community pool and hot tub close September 22, 2026, for refurbishment. All amenity enhancements are targeted for completion by December 22, 2026 (subject to change).

Seabed is a 12-bedroom home in The Village Orlando designed for large families and groups, with 2 themed kids' rooms, Sports Simulator, a home theater with a 100-inch television, and an arcade.

Your tour begins in the graceful, high-ceilinged foyer, which leads to an inviting great room at the heart of the house. Unwind with your gang amid the comfy sofas, chairs, and big-screen TV—and soak in the effortless elegance and earthy tones of the organic modern décor.

Whip up good times and great food in the fully equipped chef's kitchen, which has a light, airy feel with beautiful stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom deep-blue cabinetry, and gleaming oak floors. Linger over breakfast or a snack at the roomy kitchen island, or set up the long dining table for a complete feast.

If joysticks are your sporting gear of choice, the arcade room will be your personal paradise. In this super cool entertainment hub, you can take your pick of favorite arcade games, from Pac-Man to air hockey and even a classic smash-up racing game.

The sunshine is calling—so head outside for a dip in the colossal pool, which is enclosed within fancy privacy glass. Take a soak in the spillover spa, stretch out on a lounge chair, or get your game on with pool basketball, ping-pong, or foosball. There's even a mini water slide for the kids. Let the pool party continue through lunch and dinnertime: Fire up the grill in your polished summer kitchen, and linger over your meal on the covered lanai with a shaded table that seats a crowd.

Back inside, find another entertainment epicenter just upstairs. The spacious game loft boasts a pool table, dart board, ring toss, and wall Scrabble, and even a karaoke machine for musical merriment with your gang.

With your own private home theater, movie night is an imaginative occasion. Kick back in the comfy reclining chairs (the first row is custom-made just for kids), munch on popcorn, and enjoy a flick on the big screen, complete with surround sound.

For the workout buffs in your group, a private gym is the perfect retreat. Try out all the top-class machinery, including a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, smart TV with personal trainer app, and more.

Best of all, this house has exactly what the kids and tweens have been dreaming about since the moment you said "We're going to Florida": three incredible themed bedrooms.

Upstairs, the first of two Memorable space-themed digs is the Galaxy Room, which will transport the kids to an incredible forest moon, complete with mountains in the distance and a green jungle overhead. They'll hide, play, and finally sleep in their treehouse bunk beds, then use the twisty slide to transport happily back to earth.

The second out-of-this-world haven is the Secret Planet room, where the kids can imagine themselves on a yellow planet in a galaxy far, far away. Vivid wall art, ladders, and slides will inspire immersive play, while cozy bunk beds hidden within space machinery will have them dreaming of starship battles where the good guys always win.

Finally, on the ground floor you'll find the Undersea Adventure room, this home's special "12th Bedroom" (and easily its most over-the-top and spacious). Stepping inside is like diving to the bottom of the ocean to discover a mesmerizing underwater paradise. Up to six lucky kids will feel like they're sleeping on the ocean floor thanks to the three comfy bunk beds that are tucked away behind kelp and sand, with a perfect view of the surrounding sea life.

Nine additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are spread out on the first and second floors. On the first floor, discover three conveniently located sanctuaries, including a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, and a primary queen bedroom with a double door walkout to the pool area. On the second floor, find six more premium bedrooms for adults, each featuring a king bed or two full beds, high-end furnishings, and an en suite bath with plush amenities.
