Guests staying at this accommodation will have access to the amenities at Solterra Resort. Resort amenities include tennis courts ($), a lazy river ($), a fitness centre ($), a covered playground, scenic grounds, as well as a first-of-its-kind Event and Conference Centre as soon as construction is complete (late 2023 to early 2024).


This home is situated next to construction of our Event and Conference Center, which we expect to open in April 2023. While the home is finished and fabulous, please pardon the noise and dust outside of it - and enjoy our lowest-ever rates for your stay.

The garage has been transformed into a 'mini Radio City Music Hall,' complete with Art Deco décor, marquee lights, and even the theatre’s famous medallions celebrating dance, drama, and song. Step onto the stage and grab a mic - there’s even a piano for accompaniments and chic, lounge-style seating.

Next door, discover the first of this mansion's two fabulous game rooms. This one is home to a glittering array of much-loved arcade games, from Pac-Man and air hockey to a classic racing game.

Step outside into the Florida sunshine and make it a pool party with your gang around the colossal private swimming pool.
