Nestled within Solterra Resort, Villatel Village is a brand new, one-of-a-kind vacation community that plays host to 71 luxury homes and exclusive amenities—including a private entrance, scenic views, and a covered playground. We look forward to offering you access to our Event & Conference center in Summer 2023. While construction is still underway, you can expect to find a fabulous community sandbox (and accompanying machinery) in its place.

The grand foyer sets a tone of luxury in this 7,200-square-foot mansion for up to 34 guests. A spacious great room invites you to gather and lounge amid stylish furniture, an oversized TV, and organic modern décor.

Savor the good life—and gorgeous design—in the open-concept chef’s kitchen, featuring custom contemporary cabinetry, sleek chrome fixtures, and sophisticated tones of taupe, gray, and brown. Have a bite at the breakfast bar with seating, where you can sip coffee or a cocktail and watch someone else do the cooking. Or take your place among friends at the grand table in the spacious, well-appointed dining room.

Head upstairs to find an epicenter of entertainment and recreation, outfitted with a host of classics perfect for happy hour or bonding with the fam jam. Think: a pool table, dart board, ring toss, and wall scrabble.

Next up, an arcade room on steroids! This custom gamer’s dreamworld features all-timers like Halo Fireteam, Jet Blaster, and more.

Grab the movie snacks and popcorn and settle into one of the 15 comfy recliners-11 regular-sized and 4 minis for your little ones in your private movie theater. This is what vacation memories and family fun are made of.

It wouldn’t be Florida-style luxury without a private, fully screened pool, and this one delivers in spades with a spillover spa and games galore. Whip up some friendly competition with pool basketball, foosball, and other patio sports. Lounge poolside on the covered deck, or fire up the grill in the summer kitchen for some alfresco dining and a glass of wine.

Stay fit and work up a sweat in your private gym—fully equipped for a bike ride, treadmill run, or a weight workout.

A trio of magical themed children’s rooms (one on the first floor and two upstairs) will have your little guests’ eyes sparkling and their imaginations primed. As cozy as they are creative, these bedrooms double as play areas and will spark vacation memories of a lifetime.

The “Mouse House” room abounds in color and invites your little ones on an exciting trip along with their favorite animated mouse. Wall art takes the form of dancing brooms and mushrooms, fairies, and fish; meanwhile, that famous gloved mouse hand and sorcerer’s hat reveal magic tricks amiss. A kid-sized ladder ascends to the elevated playhouse, and a bright, curvy slide makes for a fun escape down to the lower bunk bed level.

The “Wintry Wonder” room invites kids to explore a faraway frozen land and let their superpowers flow. Here, a cozy Nordic cottage hides two beds, while fanciful wall art and evergreen trees create a forest of wonder. Your snow queen will love the ice caps, the play loft with its ladder, and an icy blue slide that’s perfect for morning play.

In the “Under the Sea Adventure” room, they can dive into creativity and explore sunken treasures. Colorful floor-to-ceiling marine art features clownfish, sea anemones, pufferfish, and other favorite sea creatures and sea life from the famous underwater animated film. Playful ladders and slides provide access to and from the fun bunk beds and hideaways.

Nine additional exquisite bedrooms with en suite baths cater to grownup tastes—each providing the space, privacy, and relaxation that vacations are all about. Adjoining the primary bedrooms, the spacious primary baths are appointed with the finest materials and offer tubs and showers, double sink vanities, and walk-in closets.
