Nestled within Solterra Resort, Villatel Village is a brand new, one-of-a-kind vacation community that plays host to 71 luxury homes and exclusive amenities—including a private entrance, scenic views, and a covered playground. We look forward to offering you access to our Event & Conference center in spring 2023. While construction is still underway, you can expect to find a fabulous community sandbox (and accompanying machinery) in its place.

Even more activities await in the upstairs game loft, including a pool table, darts, and more. Relax on the couch or just hang out with friends and family in this sweet social space.

The TV and movie buffs in your crew will find their happy place in the state-of-the-art theater room, featuring comfy recliners, surround sound, and a massive screen. If working out is your style of R&R, the state-of-the-art gym—outfitted with a treadmill, stationary bike, and free weights—will be your go-to.

After working up a sweat, cool down with a dip in your private spa pool—the centerpiece of your outdoor oasis, which also features a jacuzzi, lounge chairs, water slide, in addition to a covered patio with a fabulous summer kitchen.

Even bedtime is cool in this place! Up on the second floor, discover the one-of-a-kind themed bedrooms that will have your kids begging for bedtime.The Frozen Forest room is the ultimate wintry paradise. Kids can climb up to the snow-covered mountaintops (AKA bunk beds) and slide down their very own ice bridge. Next door in the Galaxy Room, explore a lifelike planet made of sand and stone. Tucked behind a faux mountaintop and space machinery is a twisty slide that will transport the kids from the tops of their bunk beds to the “desert” below.

Meanwhile, the adults can retreat to any of the nine other impressive bedrooms, each tastefully decorated with modern yet comfortable decor, featuring warm hues, upscale furnishings, and grand en-suite bathrooms.
