Nestled within Solterra Resort, Villatel Village is a brand new, one-of-a-kind vacation community that plays host to 71 luxury homes and exclusive amenities—including a private entrance, scenic views, and a covered playground. We look forward to offering you access to our Event & Conference center in spring 2023. While construction is still underway, you can expect to find a fabulous community sandbox (and accompanying machinery) in its place.

Also on the ground floor are three of eleven bedrooms. Each room is stylishly outfitted with Insta-worthy décor: a neutral palette, marble and metal accents, and luxurious chandeliers, complemented with grand en suite baths. Whichever one you choose, you’ll hit the jackpot.

Score some R&R and feel like a million bucks in your private outdoor retreat, featuring a swimming pool, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and water slide, surrounded by an outdoor kitchen and covered patio.

What’s more: this house totally ‘doubles down’ on entertainment. The first floor boasts a one-of-a-kind in-house bowling alley, surrounded by a cozy lounge area and all your classic faves to play between strikes–like air hockey, basketball, and Pac Man.

Head upstairs for more fun and games in the game loft, featuring shuffleboard, darts, and plenty of lounge space to socialize and hang out with the crew.

Train for the competition in the impressive state-of-the-art gym, complete with a stationary bike, Peloton treadmill, Tonal gym, and free weights.

When it’s time to wind down, take advantage of the cozy theatre room—with a front row of recliners designed exclusively for the kids. At the closing credits, they’ll make a beeline for the epic-themed bedrooms.

The Enchanted Village room will leave kids frozen with excitement as they step into a picturesque European village with charming sleeping quarters that double as a playhouse - featuring a twisting slide designed to make them feel like they’re gliding from the top of a mountain.

Next door in the Superheroes Hideaway, kids will feel like real-life superheroes as they climb into their very own suit of armor (which disguises the coolest set of bunk beds), complemented by steel-gray paint and fluorescent lights—giving the impression that they’re in their own underground hero bunker.
