While a tourist visa is not required for stays less than 90 days, a valid passport and a return ticket is required to enter Turks and Caicos.

Weather-wise, the best time to visit Providenciales is from February-April. This is when you'll see the mildest temperatures and the lowest chance of precipitation.

January and February are the coolest months with average highs of 27°C (80.6°F) and lows bottoming out near 20°C (68°F). These months also see the lowest UV levels.
Things heat up from March to July, when average highs increase by about 1°C per month, from 28°C (82.4°F) in March through to 32°C (89.6°F) in July, the warmest month.
Wet season starts in August and peaks in November, which sees an average rain fall of 12 days and average highs of 29°C (84.2°F).
