This newly built luxury rental home is the epitome of St Barths-style luxury. It is both connected to the sea - a quick walk to the lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac - and vast hiking trail along the wild coast.

Pink Flamingo is well suited to families, with separate floors for parents and children. Everything is under one roof, which makes it a good choice on St Barth's rare rainy days. Many of the rooms have superb views of the lagoon, islets, and coral reef of Grand Cul de Sac. The northwest exposure gives it steady, sunny daylight.

The location puts it close to hiking trails, along with kite surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, windsurfing, and all of the water sports offered at Grand Cul de Sac. It is also a short drive from two five-star hotels, Le Sereno and Le Barthelemy, whose restaurants are open during the holidays.

The ground level of Pink Flamingo houses its spacious living and dining areas, well-equipped kitchen, and master bedroom (the parent's area). Downstairs is a TV room, and three additional bedrooms (the kid's area). One of the downstairs bedrooms contains a Macintosh computer and a printer, so it can be used as an office. The TV room includes a 65" TV with American and French channels, Apple TV, a PlayStation gaming console, a SONOS sound system, and some good old-fashioned board games.

Outdoors, the pool has a static swim system for challenging aquatic workouts.
