The interiors of Villa Palm are modern and chic, with a minimalist style encouraging you to unwind. The white walls are contrasted with rustic wooden accents, creating a dreamy, island vibe. A clean design features stylish vaulted ceilings, skylights, and warm, recessed lighting above.
Nestled in the hills above the bay, Villa Palm is both secluded and within a short distance of shops, restaurants, and Grand Cul de Sac Beach. Tucked away at the end of a little road, Villa Palm enjoys partial ocean views framed by stone walls and lush, tropical foliage.
Living Spaces: At the center of Palm Villa is the open-plan great room, home to the modish living room and kitchen. The entire wall at the far end opens to the outdoor terrace, letting in the salty ocean breeze. Greys, whites, and dappled natural sunlight all enhance the striking and modern design.
Scattered around the room are several soft white sofas, offering plenty of space to sink in and relax. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or settling in with a good book for the day, this is the spot. A large wall-mounted TV also lets you host cozy movie nights inside.
Kitchen and Dining Room: Sharing the space with the living room is Villa Palm’s gourmet kitchen. Cabinetry clad in tropical wood will inspire you to experiment with local flavours and ingredients while cooking. Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.
The large center island with bar-style seating is a nice spot for a morning espresso or a casual lunch. More formal meals are best hosted at the outdoor dining table, underneath a gazebo outside in the fresh air.
Bedrooms: The 2 bedrooms at Villa Palm are on either side of the living room, ensuring quiet and privacy for both. Each bedroom has a European king-size bed, a dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a partial ocean view.
The bedrooms also both have direct access to the outdoor terrace, letting you wake up and start your day with a quick dip in the pool. The minimalist rooms are bathed in creamy neutral colours and natural light, continuing with the luxurious and relaxing vibe.
Outdoor Features: Stepping outside onto the terrace makes it feel as if you’re staying in a private retreat. Shrouded with swaying palms and tropical foliage, the only sounds you’ll hear are the breeze rustling through the trees and the soft sounds of the waves in the distance.
Loungers and chairs are scattered across the terrace, offering plenty of space to relax in the glorious weather. The inviting pool has an infinity edge, stretching out towards the trees below. Beyond, you can glimpse the curving bay of Grand Cul de Sac and the shimmering Caribbean sea.
For those travellers craving a day on the sand, the beach at Grand Cul de Sac is a 5-minute walk. Lining the water are several restaurants and hotels, and water sport rentals are available as well. The beaches at Petit Cul de Sac and Lorient are both around a 7-minute drive.
Amenities: Thoughtful touches at Villa Palm help elevate your stay. This property also comes with fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, French satellite TV, a Sonos sound system, and Apple TV units.
Villa Palm in St. Barts comes with house cleaning services six days a week (except on holidays). During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
