OVERVIEW

Nestled in the exclusive community of Cap Cana is Eden Roc, a luxury beach resort along the Caribbean Sea. Guests will have access to all Eden Roc resort facilities including a lagoon-style swimming pool, restaurants ($), Eden Roc Beach Club (blackout dates may apply during the holiday seasons), beach chairs and towels.

Guests staying within Cap Cana will have access to all resort amenities and facilities. Resort amenities and facilities include a golf course ($), spa ($), restaurants ($), bars ($), fitness centre ($) and tennis centre ($).

Caleton Escape is a 5-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath, 7,000 sq. ft., single-story villa located at Punta Espada golf course (ranked #1 in the Caribbean) with great views of hole 11.

The style of the villa is very tropical with beautiful woodwork, a traditional, Dominican “Cana” palm leaf roof, and high ceilings.

The indoor living area, dining area, and kitchen is one open floorplan with open sides that allow the warm wind to flow freely and abundantly through the house! Please note that there are no walls or air-conditioning in this part of the house. Ceiling fans and the palm-leaf roof keep this space cool throughout the day and night. There are screens (weather curtains) that can be rolled down in case it rains. There are several cozy sitting areas for you to enjoy, a TV area, and a dining area with a dining table that seats 10 people comfortably.

The spacious kitchen, complete with a bar counter, provides ample workspace and all the necessary equipment for preparing delicious meals during your stay. However, there's no need to worry about cooking, as a private chef is included in the rental (groceries not included).

Step outside to the amazing pool area, which has a large swimming pool & Jacuzzi and an expansive pool deck with sunloungers and outdoor furniture. From here, you’ll have the best view of the golf course, with plants and palm trees offering ample coverage and privacy without obstructing the scenery.
