The vacation villa Étoile Brillante was an existing property that has been fully renovated and extended by its new owners. After passing a stone wall and a wooden gate that emphasizes privacy, you will feel hypnotized by the beautiful scenery. Widely open and airy, the living room can be either refreshed by the natural breeze, or closed to enjoy the air conditioning. This spacious area is very comfortable and contemporary, with a soft sofa and cushioned benches, tastefully decorated with creamy-neutral tones. The modern, air-conditioned kitchen connects the living room and the outdoor dining area on the covered terrace. It is equipped with a breakfast bar with stools and high-end utensils for preparing delicious meals.

On the expansive terrace, there is a heated infinity swimming pool with comfortable cream-coloured sunbeds for long sessions of sunbathing in front of the breathtaking panorama. It is the perfect place to watch the ballet of the yachts, or enjoying the glorious sunsets of St-Barts in the evening. The deck offers a covered area if you wish to relax in the shade, facing the amazing view. An open-air lounge with television is also available for watching movies under the stars.

A charming gazebo at one end of the pool is also the perfect spot for morning coffee and sunset cocktails – or just relaxing. The dining area is located under the covered part of the terrace, where you can enjoy your meals cooked on the barbecue. Four other bedrooms are spread over the two levels of the house, one of which is furnished with twin beds perfect for children. All the bedrooms have closets and TVs and are decorated with refinement in a warm way.
