The stylish new luxury rental property known as Villa Krystel sparkles as much as its name would lead you to believe. The just-built vacation home in Lurin is modern and spacious, with a beautiful view over St. Jean bay and the airport, with its ever-exciting landings and takeoffs.

The location of Villa Krystel is truly a privileged one, a central perch between St. Jean and Gustavia, with easy access to the shopping, dining, social life, and energy of both. As for beaches, Gouverneur, Saline, and, of course, St. Jean are quite close by. And because the house is high up in the hills, there are cooling Caribbean breezes to go along with the spectacular views.

A great home for sharing with groups of adult friends, Villa Krystel is spread over three levels, with large common areas and well-separated bedrooms that each have a lot of privacy. The hub of the home is on the middle level, which can be reached from the partially covered parking area in two ways. One is a winding pathway through landscaped gardens that leads to the living room, and the other is a staircase up to the terrace.

However you reach it, the central level is where you can find the living area, high-end kitchen, large terrace, heated infinity pool, and two of the bedrooms. As the social hub of the house, the living area can be opened up on both sides to receive the gentle island breezes, or it can be closed off and fully air-conditioned. It has comfy couches with plenty of places to chill out and enjoy the views of the sea and of the screen of the entertainment system. There are two dining tables, allowing plenty of options for unforgettable dinners.

Two of the bedrooms are located on this main level, on opposite sides of the living space and kitchen. They are both large, although one is slightly smaller with a different position of the bed and setup of the bathroom. The third bedroom is in a separate bungalow up above, and the fourth is on the lower level, below the main living areas and with a limited view.

On the lowest, level, next to the fourth bedroom, there is a fitness room.
