Swan Estate is a complex of two sumptuous villas located in Lurin, in the heart of the tropical vegetation, in front of the sparkling ocean. Modern, contemporary and well furnished with high-quality materials, Blue Swan and JSA villas accommodate up to twelve guests in six suites overlooking the ocean and the glowing sunsets for an unforgettable stay in St Barths.

Built into the hillside on the heights of Lurin, Swan Estate consists of two villas with breathtakingly beautiful ocean views. Each house has its own identity: Blue Swan with Asian inspiration and red woodwork, and JSA with pop culture and apple green accents. Both feature large living rooms with comfortable sofas, armchairs and televisions for pleasant movie nights and relaxing moments in front of the stunning ocean view. The two kitchens are well-equipped and have breakfast bars to enjoy a snack or talk over a coffee at any time. What’s more, you will love the sumptuous grand piano in villa Blue Swan, and games like foosball and pinball in villa JSA.

Swan Estate offers beautiful terraces with amazing ocean views. There are outdoor dining areas under the covered areas to either meet and dine together, or to stay in the privacy of one of the two villas, as you wish. There are also two swimming pools and sunbathing areas shaded by large umbrellas. The terrace of villa Blue Swan also features a lovely Japanese-style gazebo with a red wooden structure and a bar, an idyllic place to enjoy the beauty of the island and the mild air blowing through the banana and palm leaves in the tropical garden.

Swan Estate accommodates up to twelve guests in six air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. They are furnished with queen or king-size beds and offer magnificent views over the ocean or the lush vegetation of the lovely garden.
