Villa La Maison de la Mer was created when three old St. Barts houses were regrouped together, creating one of the most unique layouts for a vacation home on the island. Fully updated and renovated, expect stylish and luxurious interiors, elegant décor, and spaces that are seemingly lifted straight from the pages of an interior design magazine.

Enjoying an enviable position on the shores of Flamands Beach, Villa La Maison de la Mer is well-located for a luxurious beachfront getaway. It’s a short walk to the famous Cheval Blanc Hotel with its restaurants and spa, while just around the corner is the popular local restaurant “La Langouste”.

Mouthwatering Caribbean cuisine is best enjoyed in the open air, and luckily, an outdoor dining table obliges. There’s also a smaller indoor table next to the kitchen, an idyllic spot for a morning coffee and fresh pastries before ducking out to the beach.

There’s a total of 6 bedrooms at Villa La Maison de la Mer, with an optional seventh that’s more suited to teenagers or live-in staff.

There are four master suites, each with a different layout, although all with gorgeous ocean views. Two are on the main level, both with spacious ensuite bathrooms. The other two are on the upper level directly above. Both have ensuite bathrooms as well, while private terraces with loungers overlook the ocean below.

Two guest rooms are located off a hallway behind the kitchen. Each comes with an ensuite bathroom and looks into an inner courtyard. The seventh bedroom is above the entrance. All the bedrooms come with a U.S. king-sized bed, U.S. and French satellite channels, and Apple TV.

Outdoor Features: Life in the Caribbean is meant to be lived outside, and it’s here where Villa La Maison de la Mer shines. Sun-dappled terraces, sweeping ocean views, and plenty of privacy make it a pleasure to lounge away a day here.

The large, covered terrace features a beautiful outdoor lounge, overlooking the villa’s heated swimming pool. You can soundtrack your day with the outdoor Sonos sound system, or kick back and listen to the gentle waves and island breeze rustling through the palms.

An additional sun deck on the upper level provides even more opportunities to sunbathe and relax, taking in the shimmering water. Within seconds, you could be wading into the crystalline water, or enjoying a sunset stroll along the sand.

Villa La Maison de la Mer comes with all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing Caribbean vacation. This St. Barts villa features fast Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a gas grill, a Nespresso coffee machine, and fluffy bathrobes.

Please note: Villa La Maison de la Mer requires a 7-night minimum reservation all year. It should also be noted that the unique situation of this villa means that it does not allow for large rental cars like Jeeps and SUVs.
