The former Canadian Embassy and Ambassador’s Residence in Copenhagen is now respectfully renovated, modernized and converted into a private villa, amongst the finest in Europe, offering true luxury, bespoke service, absolute privacy and rich history.

Behind the discrete gated entrance, the residence offers overnight accommodation for up to fourteen resident guests, in two luxury suites and five deluxe double rooms, all with king beds and marble bathrooms.

Two spacious living and social rooms, multiple outdoor terraces, a grand dining room (max 24 guests), an Orangerie with open farmer’s kitchen, a children’s playroom and state-of-the-art fitness, treatment and wellness facilities are available for guests to enjoy. At your disposal as well, is a modern conference room, private bar & club, overnight facilities for support staff (2 pax) and private parking for multiple vehicles, inside the gated residence courtyard.

A Residence Host is available 24 hours at the residence. Daily cleaning of the suites, rooms and residence, as well as Turn Down service is included. Housekeeping services, including fresh linen and towels are included and offered every second day. Salty snacks, dried & fresh fruits, sweets & biscuits, still & sparkling water, soft drinks, coffee & tea and a daily selection of residence wine, beer and classic spirits is included and available for resident guests. High-speed Wi-Fi is included and available for all resident guests, in the entire residence.

Each floor is equipped with kitchenettes where refreshments are available. Main floor kitchenette features a premium L’Or Promesso coffee machine for a flavourful and high-quality cup of coffee. On both first and second floor, as well as in the open Orangerie kitchen, you can enjoy the convenience of Lavazza coffee and teas of multiple flavours, from A. C. Perchs, appointed Royal Court Supplier to the Danish Royal Family.

Villa Canada offers businesses a wide range of opportunities for overnight social gatherings, discrete meetings, corporate off-sites and incentive group HQ, as well as bespoke private dining, from the fully equipped professional kitchen, with the finest gastronomy from renowned culinary profiles – both Nordic and international.

Villa Canada is located at Dag Hammarskjolds Allé, a main avenue connecting Copenhagen to the northern part of Sealand and with convenient access to Copenhagen Int. Airport by car (20 minutes).

Copenhagen city centre is a short drive away - within walking distance as well - and Osterport Station (key-hub with metro & trains) is less than 5 minutes walking. The residence overlooks the Garrison's Cemetery and despite the central location, offers its residents a private, tranquil and relaxing outdoor atmosphere.

Villa Canada is protected by extensive surveillance, remote-controlled fence and a massive mahogany port by the main entrance. Cars can arrive to the residence through the driveway, directly from Dag Hammerskjolds Allé and guests can exit their vehicle (size restrictions) by the main entry, after the mahogany port is fully closed.

The resident team works with the best service providers of transportation, experiences (of any kind), security, as well as business and lifestyle services and management. Additionally, an active collaboration with the city, government and Danish Security and Intelligence Service is in place, to ensure professional pre-planning, full discretion, privacy and protection during any overnight stay.
