This sophisticated vacation rental penthouse located at the Beach Resort Aruba, offers you enchanting views of the Caribbean Sea, elegant living areas, a spacious private rooftop, and a great location only minutes from the world-famous Eagle Beach.

The spacious private rooftop features two seating areas, loungers in the sun, a dining table, and an outdoor kitchen with a sink, a cooking plate plus a wine fridge. There is plenty of sunshine to soak up during the day, in the evening enjoy stunning sunsets, or linger on the rooftop for a little stargazing at night. The stunning views continue on the balcony that stretches across the living room and both bedrooms with a wall of sliding glass doors to enjoy the beach scenery. Bring up to six friends or family members for a memorable holiday.

The open-plan living area is provided with a large TV, a large three-seat sofa with a chaise, a sound system for your entertainment, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with six barstools. The entrance has a spiralling staircase to the rooftop and the laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large TV, a walk-in closet, and access to the balcony. The master bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a two-sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and toilet, and a free-standing bathtub to soak and calm down during your stay. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a built-in closet, access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with 2,000 square feet of living space and about 1,900 square feet of outdoor space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, and three cable TVs (in the living room, master, and third bedroom). This unit is located on the left corridor off the elevators on the sixth floor. Sleeps six guests in three beds.

THE RESORT
LeVent Beach Resort Aruba has a swimming pool with a hot tub, a children’s pool, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquillity of the resort with its luscious tropical landscaping. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. There is also a children’s playground, an alfresco dining area with two BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a communal rooftop area to enjoy Aruba’s sunsets. Onsite there is a fitness room, a day Spa – Blue Waters Day Spa – and a mini-market. Ample free parking within the 24/7 secured gated complex. For all our guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at our desk in the lobby. All the rental properties Aruba are also provided with portable beach chairs and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

Located just a few steps away from the world-famous Eagle Beach, well-known for its 50-yards wide pristine soft white sand, turquoise waters, and breathtaking sunsets. Within about one mile from this resort, there are several water sports companies, beach bars, great restaurants, spas, casinos, a gas station, coffeehouses, a movie theatre with a food court (The Movies IMAX Gloria), a supermarket (Super Food Plaza), the Hospital, a pharmacy, a golf course, and Beach Tennis Aruba.
