Rock Suite at the Rock Lodge

OVERVIEW

Ulusaba is Sir Richard Branson’s private game reserve in South Africa's Sabi Sand. Ulusaba has 20 rooms and suites spread over two lodges: Rock Lodge, including the beautiful Cliff Lodge, and Safari Lodge. The name Ulusaba means ‘place of little fear’, so named because the koppie, or hill, on which Rock Lodge sits provided the ancient Shangaan tribal warriors with the perfect lookout point.

At Rock Lodge you’re on top of the world as you stand 800 feet above the surrounding wilderness - perfect for surveying miles of the game-rich South African bush. The lodge has eight rooms and suites, each reflecting African tribal influences and style.

A flexible two-bedroom suite with living area. The master bedroom can be split into a twin and has its own en-suite bathroom with views over the bush. The second, queen-size bunkroom has a smaller, en-suite shower room. There’s also a separate living area, and outdoor terraces with sun loungers.

This is an ideal space if you’re travelling as a family, as it can accommodate two children.
