Experience unparalleled mountain views in this Peak 8 Escape. This beautiful, pet-friendly getaway offers 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and spacious accommodations for 16. Luxurious features of this home include three living rooms, multiple gas fireplaces, a billiards table, a spacious hot tub with incredible mountain views, and easy access to the Nordic center hiking and cross-country trails! Shuttle stop nearby to access Peak 8 Base area or downtown Breckenridge. Awesome location!

Be invigorated by the mountain views as you prepare meals in the expansive kitchen. This space features granite countertops with extra room for preparing meals, a large center island, premium stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. The breakfast bar, a full-size dining table, and lots of seating offer dining space for everyone. Expansive windows surround the living room, allowing natural light to fill the room. Guests will enjoy the plush sofas and armchairs and the giant flat-screen television, perfect for a cozy movie night in! The master bedroom is also conveniently located on this level and boasts a king bed, a gas fireplace, a mounted flat-screen television, deck access, large walk-in closet with laundry machines, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a separate soaking tub.

On the upper level are three guest rooms with a variety of sleeping accommodations. The first is a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The two bunk rooms one with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and the other with 2 queen-over-queen bunks both offer large, mounted flat-screen televisions and are separated by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Down on the lower level are two beautiful and spacious guest rooms, a secondary kitchen with full-size appliances, a billiards room with a pool table, a laundry closet, and a large living area with a sleeper sofa. The mini-master features a king bed, a large flat-screen television, an electric fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and separate garden tub. The final bedroom boasts a plush king bed, a sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen television, stunning mountain views, patio access, and a shared bathroom with a large steam shower.

The home's expansive mudroom offers built-in benches and ample space to store ski and snowboard gear. After a long day on the slopes or hiking the trails, guests can relax with scenic views in the large hot tub or enjoy a game of billiards. All this and more awaits in beautiful Breckenridge.

Parking for up to 5 vehicles. The garage can accommodate 2 compact cars. Three additional vehicles can park in the driveway. Additional overnight pay parking is available at the Ice Rink or Airport Parking lot.

* Breckenridge is a high-alpine environment that regularly receives significant snowfall, restricting access to many homes. We highly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles with snow tires and chains to ensure safe and easy access to this home. Colorado does have a traction law during the winter months.
