Located outside downtown Breckenridge and only 10 minutes from the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort, this mountain home offers a prime location for an unforgettable vacation.

Vaulted ceilings, rough-sawn beams, and cast-iron accents combine with modern décor inside this stylish retreat. Enter on the second floor, where the great room’s open-concept layout encourages guests to gather. Pile onto the living area’s spacious sectional for a relaxed evening of sharing stories by the firelight or watching TV. A wall of wood-framed windows showcases the spectacular West-facing sunsets. On bluebird days or cool Summer evenings, venture onto the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine around the firepit. Behind the living space is a beautiful kitchen with gleaming high-end appliances and a curved breakfast bar that seats 6 beneath charming antler-accented pendant lights. To the side, the dining table has 5 chairs and a bench for formal meals. A laundry room down the hall keeps gear and ski clothes fresh. As the evening winds down, retire to the lavish primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. There is also a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a TV on this level.

Spend lively nights unwinding in the lower-level entertainment room, featuring a wraparound leather sofa, gas fireplace, TV, wet bar, and dartboard. A glass door opens to the covered patio. This floor’s sleeping accommodations include 2 guest bedrooms with king beds and TVs, and 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed and TV.
