Welcome to Casita 35, a beautifully designed villa in the coveted neighborhood of Villas del Mar, Palmilla in Cabo San Lucas. A visit here is accompanied by a full time butler, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private pool, hot tub, and jaw-dropping views that gaze over the Sea of Cortez.

Step inside your own private world at Casita 35 and prepare yourself for a vacation like never before. The main room features a full kitchen, dining area, entertainment center, and the option for full indoor/outdoor living. The spacious, open-concept design allows room for all of your guests to eat together while looking over the ocean below.

Venture out to the pool area and find the perfect space to entertain and relax. The private pool and hot tub feature views of the Sea of Cortez and its golden sandy beaches. As lunchtime approaches, you can dry off, grill some food, and enjoy your favorite drinks by the pool or the many lounge areas outside.

As you make your way to the primary suite, the stunning views of the ocean, private balcony, jacuzzi, and indoor/outdoor shower will leave you speechless. The balcony is perfect for a late night glass of wine or tea, a morning cup of coffee, or reading a few pages from your book.

The secondary suites at Casita 35 have all the luxury amenities of a primary suite. These rooms feature gorgeous bathrooms, an expansive balcony, a spacious layout, and the Sea of Cortez just outside the windows.

Your vacation at Casita 35 is also topped off with a full-time butler to make sure all of your needs are met and that your stay is one to remember. Your butler can make drinks around the pool, accommodations for an excursion, or a reservation at one of the many local restaurants that offer some of Cabo's world-renowned cuisine. For an additional fee, the butler will cook full meals. There is also a golf cart included to make traveling around the neighborhood quick and enjoyable.

Palmilla Casita 35 is close to the beach and easily accessible with your golf cart. The water is very calm and perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, paddle-boarding, sailing, fishing, and much more!
