An impressive entrance with ample parking greets you on arrival at the magnificent Praana Residence. Buddha statues and water features line a stone walkway that leads past a private tennis court to a grand central staircase running through the centre of this extraordinary villa.

On the upper level, the main living and dining pavilion opens onto a wide terrace. In a separate pavilion on the same level, are two master bedrooms, one with a view of the sea and the other with a mountain view.

The 25-metre infinity pool, sauna and steam rooms, another master bedroom with sea view and three double guest bedrooms are on the next level down, as well as another lounge area and a study.

Below, an entire floor is dedicated to leisure, fitness, and a nursery, and on the villa's lowermost floor is the Muay Thai boxing ring with adjoining 12-metre swimming pool.

The crowning glory of this exceptional villa is an enormous living and dining pavilion with a soaring nine-metre-high ‘cathedral’ ceiling hung with custom-designed chandeliers. This luxurious space features wraparound glass doors that fold back onto a wide terrace overlooking the pool, one level below, and spectacular birds- eye views. Cool cream terrazzo tiled floors merge with sandstone of the terrace to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living space.

A highlight of this outstanding villa is a lifestyle area devoted to a plush private nightclub with karaoke, cinema entertainment room with full-size billiard table and gaming table, wine cellar, massage room, extensive gymnasium and a nursery.
