Sleeping up to 18 guests, Quicksilver Haus is a luxury ski-in/ski-out home boasting 8,000 square feet. Located within the Colony community of Deer Valley Resort, catching first tracks via the intermediate Golden Spruce Run is easy. With six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a private hot tub and heated pool, and multiple living spaces, this home is perfect for large groups.

Tranquillity meets elegance in this incredible two-story retreat, where the top floor is the heart of the home. With stunning décor that evokes peace, as well as pops of blue that are reminiscent of the Park City sky, and a wall of windows that frame the picturesque mountain views, this great room has it all. The living area is luxurious and inviting, boasting stylish furniture and a TV with Sonos speakers. Separating the living and dining areas is a fireplace that adds to the coziness of the space. The dining area is elegant, seating eight on plush chairs adjacent to a second fireplace encased in marble. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, spacious countertops, and a four-stool breakfast bar. Relax in the TV room on the comfortable couch before retiring to the four bedrooms on this floor—three bedrooms with king beds and one other with a queen bed—all with private bathrooms. Experience seamless indoor-outdoor living with easy access to the furnished deck from every corner of the spacious great room on this floor.

There's an in-house gym equipped with everything necessary to maintain a basic fitness routine downstairs, as well as a quaint theatre room and an additional living area with access to the back patio. Step outside and soothe sore muscles in the private hot tub, swim in the heated pool, or sit around the fire pit for a nightcap. There are two bedrooms on the bottom floor— one guest bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom, and one bunk room with two queen-over-queen beds and a private double bathroom with two showers and two toilets. And no ski home would be complete without a ski room featuring lockers to store gear and a map of Park City trails!
