This luxurious home provides four floors of elegance and comfort with seven bedrooms, including an in-law suite, a wet bar and beverage station on every floor, three living rooms, a chef's dream kitchen, a gas fireplace in the main living room, and two covered balconies providing quiet spaces for lounging and enjoying the gulf breezes.

After your days in the sun, head up to the fourth-floor entertainment room and outdoor sundeck where you can sit around the fire pit, gaze at the starry night while taking in the breezes of the gulf and the sound of crashing waves. If you want to take a break from having your toes in the sand, then here's a private pool for you to lounge around in.

Inlet Beach is conveniently located between Panama City Beach and Santa Rosa Beach, which gives you many options for outdoor activities, dining, and entertainment. For a day of adventure, spend the day at Camp Helen State Park (next to Inlet Beach), where you have pristine beaches, a coastal dune lake where you can rent kayaks and paddle boards, or bring your own!

• This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

• Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

• Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
