Local Luxury is a spacious residence that sprawls across four levels and a full 2,400 square feet of incredible living space. It boasts three bedrooms along with two extra sleeping spaces and three baths, and up to eight guests may expect a comfortable stay.

In the living area, you'll find an abundance of comfy seating options around the TV and a nice window seat as well. Nearby is the fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances that include a side-by-side refrigerator with a large freezer beneath, a double oven with a convection option, a six-burner stovetop, and a wine fridge. Meals may be enjoyed at the glass-top formal dining table or at the breakfast bar.

The king primary suite sprawls across an entire upper level of the home, and it boasts a private balcony with excellent views of Ajax Peak. Back inside, the room offers hardwood flooring and vaulted wood ceilings along with a TV and an impressive walk-in closet. The primary bath features a unique black stone countertop with prehistoric marine fossils enclosed within, dual sinks, a glass shower with a waterfall showerhead and bench seating and a separate oversize soaking tub. Just up from the primary bedroom is a loft with extra sleeping space on the sofa bed, which is conveniently situated in front of a TV.

On the first level of the home is a queen guestroom with seating options and a TV, and it's served by a bath in the hall with a glass shower. The final guest suite on this level is a bunk room with a bunk bed with an extra-large twin on both the top and bottom and an extra-large twin trundle beneath. It comes with a TV and a private bath with a shower that offers a waterfall shower head and a wand. Near these bedrooms is another living area with extra sleeping options on a queen pullout sofa along with a kitchenette with a wine fridge and a sink, a wet bar with stool seating, and a smart TV.

Guests of Local Luxury have only a short stroll to get to the gondola station that will take you over to the Mountain Village side for skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and fun outdoor activities during every season of the year. The amazing restaurants of There and Siam are literally right outside the door of this vacation rental, and you'll also be not far from an excellent meal at the West End Bistro, concerts and shows at the Sheridan Opera House and fun art classes and activities for all ages at the Ah Haa School for the Arts.
