This lovely townhome overlooks the San Miguel River and is beautifully located in the ultra-desirable Rivercrown complex. There's nothing better than being within walking distance of all of the area's best dining and shopping options as well as the Gondola, which may be used for a beautiful ride over to the Mountain Village side every day.

Guests of this delightful home will find a lovely great room that houses the living room and the kitchen on the middle level of the residence. A gas fireplace centers the living room, and it's surrounded by comfortable furnishings that include tree slice tables and a wonderfully relaxing oversized leather chaise chair and foot massage. The room also comes with a 70-inch flat screen television, and large sliding doors provide access to an impressive deck with a Jacuzzi. Guests may lounge on the comfy outdoor furnishings, including a table that seats six or create a meal on the excellent turbo gas grill station while enjoying excellent views of Ajax Peak, Beaver Pond and Telluride Town Park.

Next to the living room is a full gourmet kitchen that comes with everything needed to provide excellent meals for the entire group. It boasts top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances from Krups, KitchenAid and Thermador as well as the smaller necessities that include a Crock-Pot, toaster, blender and a drip coffee maker. For the coffee connoisseur, the kitchen also features a DeLonghi Espresso maker and a Nespresso maker. Guests may enjoy their meals at the beautiful handcrafted dining table with seating for six.

On the home's upper level via a grand spiral staircase, guests will discover an impressive primary suite. It boasts an ultra-comfortable king-size bed made of finished whole timbers, elegant furnishings, a massage chair with foot massage, an iPod dock, a walk-in wardrobe and a large flat screen television. This room also has access to a beautiful private balcony that offers a glass-enclosed sauna, a private hot tub and amazing views of Ajax Peak and Bear Creek. There is also a small cozy office with breathtaking views. The primary private bath boasts stained glass features, heated towel racks, a glass rainfall shower and a separate jetted garden tub. There is also a Neorest automatic toilet and a stone trough sink.

Two guest suites grace this home's lower level, and one offers a queen-size bed, comfy furnishings, a flat-screen television and a private bath with a shower/tub combo. The last room comes equipped with either a king-size bed or two twin-size beds, depending on the needs of the guests.
