It's just a short stroll to Main Street with its delightful dining, shopping, activities, attractions, and you can hop on the gondola to head over to the incredible ski runs or explore all that is going on over on the Mountain Village side. Rivercrown 7 is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout and offers all of the best amenities, and it looks out over Beaver Pond and the San Miguel River so that fishing enthusiasts may enjoy their favorite activity at any time of the year.

Rivercrown 7 is just right for three couples or any combination of up to six guests. It offers three bedrooms and 3.5 baths across three lovely levels and nearly 3,300 square feet of incredible living space.

On the second level of the home is the LIVING ROOM with massive windows offering impressive views. Step through the doors that offer access out onto the private deck where you can have a seat and enjoy views of Ajax Peak, Beaver Pond, and Town Park. Back inside, there's plenty of seating for the entire group to come together to visit or watch the 70-inch flat-screen television. You'll definitely want to take advantage of the foot massager that comes with the leather lounge chair, and the entire room is warmed by a lovely stone fireplace.

Nearby is a dream KITCHEN with custom cabinets and an abundance of counter space for easy meal prep. It's filled with high-end stainless steel appliances as well as a crockpot, an espresso machine, a drip coffeemaker and a blender for mixing up your favorite drinks. Meals may be enjoyed at the formal dining table with seating for all six guests, at the breakfast island or out on the deck during the warmer months.

On the top level of the home is the KING PRIMARY SUITE with access out onto the balcony that holds the hot tub and the glass-enclosed sauna with views of Ajax Peak and Bear Creek. Back inside, you'll discover a plush bed, an iPod dock, a flat-screen television, and a walk-in closet. The primary bath boasts heated towel racks, an extra-long vanity, a deep soaking tub, and a separate glass shower.

Down on the first level of the home are the final two guestrooms. One is a QUEEN SUITE with a large window with natural views, a flat-screen television and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The other is a SPLIT KING SUITE with a 3D flat-screen television with a DVD player and a PS3 gaming system with games. It also has an en-suite bath with a glass shower.

Guests of Rivercrown 7 are conveniently near Town Park with its many year-round activities for all ages and fabulous summer music festivals. Also, close by, you'll discover excellent dining and drinks at Smuggler's Brewpub and La Marmotte, exciting art galleries, the public library, and unique shopping opportunities.
