Making tree house living a true reality, the home is surrounded by mature aspen, spruce, and cottonwood trees, accompanied by the gentle sound of the flowing river waters. The home's entryway guides guests to the great room upstairs, where guests are immediately greeted by a plush living space, decorated to the height of taste and boasting the finest finishes and furnishings as are consistent across all four levels of the home. In the living area, a leather sofa, bench seat, and two armchairs surround a dual-sided fireplace, which also faces the dining room with seating for up to eight guests. Serving this space is the gourmet kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar for three, and a wet bar in the living room. Entertaining is a pleasure year round with the two living levels, and heated patios - one with an al fresco dining table and seating for six, while the other offers two bistro tables and a gas grill. Rounding out this level is a full laundry room as well as a queen guest bedroom and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Occupying the entire top floor of River Bliss is the incredible Primary Suite. A primary office is positioned at the top of the stairs, with the attached patio offering breathtaking views of Ajax Peak, as well as a hot tub for six and lounge seating. This patio extends along the length of the house and connects to the Primary Bedroom, which is just as comfortable as it is beautiful. Vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV can be found in the bedroom, while the en suite bathroom plays host to dual vanity sinks, a jetted tub with chromotherapy, and a separate steam shower.

The first guest bedroom has a captain's bunk with a twin bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom, while the other bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
