Independence Lodge is a newly built 5-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom Breckenridge home that sleeps 14. Outdoor lovers will enjoy the nearby access to Dercum Mountain's biking, skiing, and hiking trails. Multiple living spaces and dual primary bedrooms make this home the ideal getaway for large families or groups. After adventuring, guests will appreciate the in-home ski lockers and storage, as well as unwinding in the spacious 10-person hot tub.

Upon entering the second floor of this remarkable home, an aura of rustic elegance makes visitors feel immediately at home. The soaring cathedral ceilings, adorned with exquisite wood beams, seamlessly complement the modern décor. Outfitted with premium appliances, the luxurious kitchen features a 6-burner gas stove, a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher. Use the coffee grinder and brewer to prepare morning java while discussing the day's plans at the 4-person breakfast bar. A nearby dining area comfortably seats 10 and provides direct access to the outdoor deck. After a day on the slopes, warm up on the leather sectional in front of the gas fireplace and 76" TV. When night falls, choose from 2 comfy bedrooms on this floor—including 1 primary bedroom with a king bed, fireplace, and soaking tub in the private bathroom and 1 guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom.

Venture downstairs to the first-floor living space, featuring a cozy fireplace, 66" TV, and a kitchenette with a wine fridge. For the nearest ski access, go west on Independence Lane and turn right on Independence Road. Then take a left onto Montezuma Road and another left onto Gondola Road. River Run Gondola will be on the left side.
