Cadaqués and the Cap de Creus peninsula are very special destinations in Spain. Villa Olivia provides the ideal location to really enjoy the spectacular beauty of this part of Costa Brava.
Cadaqués and Port Lligat are on the edge of the Cap de Creus National Park, an area of an outstanding natural beauty in the north of the Costa Brava. Just 20 miles south of the French border, it is the eastern highest point of the Spanish mainland, surrounded by the Pyrenees' mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The climate is milder than the southern part of Costas therefore more enjoyable in the summer months, as a gentle breeze from the mountains freshen up the entire area. The villa lies opposite the Bay of Port Lligat.
The region offers skiing in the winter; sailing in the summer as well as bike tours; great Mediterranean cuisine and many fascinating places to visit including the cities of Barcelona and Girona and further along the Costa Brava coastline.
