As you drive up the side of the mountain and see the monastery above you and Perissa laid out below, you come to the gates of the terraced private estate. Cactus is on the lower slopes and up external steps, and at the back of the villa facing the sea is your private terrace. The terrace has the wow factor, the handcrafted infinity outdoor heated pool has a sunken lounge area, so nothing disturbs the views from inside the villa. There is a hammock for siestas, beanbag loungers, and a wooden table and dining chairs for al fresco eating under the sunshade, with curtains for extra privacy.
