Le Clos a l'Amandier

Overview

4 8 4

Located in Pernes-les-Fontaines, a charming village in a region whose landscapes inspired the greatest Impressionist painters, is Clos a l'Amandier. This home is a remarkable Provencal villa tucked away in the Vaucluse pine forest, just minutes from Isle sur la Sorgue. The beautiful Mediterranean garden is completely unoverlooked, and boasts the pine forest as a backdrop. Here you can relax in the turquoise water of the pool.

To escape the summer heat, all interior rooms of Clos a l'Amandier have air conditioning. The living room is at the heart of the home, and is divided into two parts: a lounge area on one side, and the dining/kitchen area on the other. It is very spacious, modern, comfortable and brightly lit by the large glass doors overlooking the grounds and garden. Enjoy your time lounging on the sofa inside, or opposite the large glass doors in one of the armchairs surrounding the pool.

In the modern kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed on the beautiful wooden table or out on the 100 square meter terrace, by your friends and family. There is a hob, extractor hood, oven, grill, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, food processor, kitchen utensils, espresso machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and more. There is even a second American-style refrigerator in the larder so you have plenty of space to keep all your groceries chilled - it's all there!

The home has four bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Three bedrooms are en-suite with a separate bathroom and private toilet. Each of these rooms boasts super-king-size beds (200 * 200) and high-end bedding for a truly relaxing night. One of the rooms also has French door access to a small private terrace with deckchairs. Two of the bathrooms have walk-in showers and a toilet. The bathroom in the third bedroom has a bath and separate toilet. The fourth room is upstairs under the sloping ceiling. It has two single beds and is perfect for children. It is reached via a spiral staircase and also has a large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Clos a l'Amandier offers privacy and space both indoors and outdoors, for the comfort of all guests. The alarm-protected pool invites you in for a refreshing dip. Afterwards, lie idly back on one of the sun loungers on the water's edge, a cocktail in hand and enjoy the natural setting, so beautiful it is like something out of a painting.
