Nestled within a secure gated community, imagine this luxury home just a three-minute drive from both downtown and the beach, so location-wise, it's a winner. Villa Lux is currently a 4-bedroom house but will be remodeled in September and October 2024 to become a 7-bedroom house starting on November 1st, 2024.
