Girls Trip: Our Little Slice of Pura Vida

Our stay at Villa Nalu in Hacienda Pinilla was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean the villa was. The minimalist décor in each room created a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere, and we especially loved the seamless indoor-outdoor design. The pool area and living spaces were stunning and made it easy to spend entire days enjoying the property. What truly made this experience unforgettable, however, was the incredible team. Our concierge, Giulia, along with her colleague Collin, provided outstanding service from beginning to end. They were incredibly responsive, offered fantastic local recommendations, coordinated our transportation and transfers flawlessly, and were always available whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality elevated our entire stay. A very special thank you to Jessica, our house manager and chef. She was warm, kind, and an absolute joy to have in the villa. Even though we spoke different languages, we communicated easily with translation apps, and she always made us feel comfortable and cared for. Her breakfasts, snacks, and meals were delicious, and she kept the villa spotless while ensuring we always had fresh towels and everything we needed. Jessica was truly one of the highlights of our trip. We would also like to recognize our driver, Jose, who handled our transfers. He was professional, friendly, informative, and punctual. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making every trip stress-free. Overall, Villa Nalu exceeded every expectation. The property itself is spectacular, but it is the exceptional people behind the experience who make it truly special. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend Villa Nalu to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and thoughtfully curated stay in Costa Rica.
