The Barefoot Bay Cottage features three spacious bedrooms. The Master suite has King size bed, an ensuite bathroom and private access to the covered outdoor patio and an outdoor bath. The second king-size bedroom features a stunning four-poster bed and luxe detailing. The third bedroom is a bunk room with two king single beds and two double beds, a flat-screen TV, and plenty to keep the smaller guests occupied.

BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
All of our houses have firm no party policies with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if HLO security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Holiday Letting Organisation security can occur at any time from 6pm - 6am and are $150 each time. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.
