The Penthouse is a beautiful apartment built on two levels located in front of the Gustavia harbour. Overlooking Gustavia, The Penthouse in St. Barths offers a beautiful view over the harbour and yachts entering the dock. Recently and tastefully decorated, this magnificent apartment located above the rooftops of Gustavia combines both luxury and tradition in a very private setting in the heart of the city. From the closed parking lot, you can access the apartment by a private elevator. The living room is furnished with a baroque-style sofa in a contemporary decor with original arts by photographer Guy Bourdin. This comfortable indoor space opens onto a large terrace. At the back, the well-equipped kitchen welcomes you for meals and drinks preparation to be sipped on the nice armchairs in a very cozy atmosphere.

At the front, the large wood-floored terrace opens onto the fantastic view over the harbour of Gustavia, in a bright and magical setting. There is a lovely dining room which can accommodate up to eight guests on colourful chairs under the covered area. There are also deckchairs and a pleasant outdoor lounge for sunbathing, reading or talking sessions. In the gentle Caribbean air, the terrace environment is refined, in a décor of cushions, white wood and patinated parquet floor.
This luxurious apartment located in the center of Gustavia welcomes you in three beautiful and spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. Two of them are furnished with two double beds on the second floor, which is accessible by a spiral staircase. On the main level, there is the third room with two queen size beds and opening onto the large terrace. Each has its own luxurious bathroom and direct access to the terrace.

For your movie nights, the downstairs bedroom can also be used as a TV room if not occupied.
