Inside, the design of Villa Cabanes offers a clever layout that makes wonderful use of the space. There are soft, luxurious furnishings for relaxing and a chic island décor, enhanced by stunning details from reclaimed wood and striking black and white pictures on the wall. There’s a definite exotic feel to the home; a wonderful and welcoming retreat for your Caribbean getaway.

With a wonderful location in the hills above Anse de Cayes, Villa Cabanes also enjoys incredible views across the north coast of St. Barts. From the shimmering Caribbean to the verdant green hills, the vistas are likely to coax you out to explore the island. And when you do, there are several wonderful beaches and restaurants within an easy drive.

Living Spaces: Made up of several different cottages, Villa Cabanes enjoys a breezy and bright atmosphere, coaxing you outside at every turn. Inside, the bright yet cozy spaces enjoy high ceilings and a laid-back island design.

In one cottage, the living room offers cushioned white sofas for relaxing – a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee, read a book, or simply chill out after a morning at the beach. For low-key evenings, there’s also a TV here for movie nights.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Nearby is Villa Cabanes’ well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. It’s a charming space, with windows framing the crystalline waters of the Caribbean in the distance. Our concierge is also on hand to help – we could stock the villa with groceries before your arrival, or even arrange a private chef for a special evening.

The dining table is outside on the terrace, offering a lovely alfresco setting for meals with family and friends. As the afternoon fades, the light is magical, with a rose-gold glow descending across the gorgeous landscape making for an excellent pairing to a gourmet dinner.

Bedrooms: The 3 bedrooms at Villa Cabanes are quiet, relaxed, and comfortable, ideal for some private downtime.

Located behind the living room is a small guest bedroom, with a pair of twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king.

A separate cottage on the terrace is home to the second bedroom, featuring a plush queen-sized bed. Outside, a set of stairs lead to another cottage with the master bedroom. This space has a queen-sized bed, a private terrace, and a small office space in case you need to get some work done.

Each bedroom comes with a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a shower, as well as Apple TV for entertainment.

Outdoor Features: A wooden deck with loungers and a Flamboyant tree frames the heated, compact swimming pool. It’s a tempting spot to lounge away a day, soaking up the island sun as the ocean breeze washes up from the beach below.

There are loungers for sunbathing, and wooden fences that provide plenty of privacy. When the open ocean calls, it’s only a 5-minute drive to Anse de Cayes, where a picturesque sweep of golden sand and turquoise water invites you in to swim and snorkel.

Amenities: Villa Cabanes comes with a range of high-end amenities to enhance your stay in the Caribbean. This St. Barts villa also features a gas grill, fast Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a Nespresso coffee machine, and U.S. and French satellite channels.

Villa Cabanes in St. Barts also comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
