The modern contemporary luxury interior and furniture provide a welcoming home away from home after a long day of island adventures. This sophisticated vacation rental is located at the Beach Resort Aruba, the newest vacation rental resort on the island. The balcony, stretching across the master bedroom, living room, and second bedroom, offers you outdoor seating to enjoy the serenity and the tropical landscaping of the resort, a perfect spot to appreciate your morning coffee, favourite beverage, or a well-deserved cocktail.

The open-plan living area with access to the balcony is provided with a large TV, a large three-seat sofa with a chaise, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with six barstools. The half-bathroom and the laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities are located in the entrance corridor.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large TV, a walk-in closet, and access to the balcony. The master bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a two-sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and toilet, and a free-standing bathtub to soak and retreat during your stay. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a rollaway bed provided in this condo to accommodate one extra guest at $15 per night.

This unit provides you with 2,000 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, and four cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the left corridor off the elevators on the second floor. sleeps standard six guests in three beds, plus one extra guest in a rollaway bed, to accommodate a total of seven guests.

These are a daily refresh of the bathroom towels, trash removal, and the make-up of the beds. Each shower includes shampoo, conditioner, plus shower gel of our local Aruba Aloe, which are made with 100% Pure Aloe Vera Gel to hydrate and nourish your skin and hair.

THE RESORT
Beach Resort Aruba has a swimming pool with a hot tub, a children’s pool, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquillity of the resort with its luscious tropical landscaping. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. There is also a children’s playground, an alfresco dining area with two BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a communal rooftop area to enjoy Aruba’s sunsets. Onsite there is a fitness room, a day Spa – Blue Waters Day Spa – and a mini-market. Ample free parking within the 24/7 secured gated complex. For all our guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at desk in the lobby. All the rental properties are also provided with portable beach chairs and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

LeVent Aruba is located just a few steps away from the world-famous Eagle Beach, well-known for its 50-yard wide pristine soft white sand, turquoise waters, and breathtaking sunsets. Within about 1 mile from this resort, there are several water sports companies, beach bars, great restaurants, spas, casinos, a gas station, coffeehouses, a movie theatre with a food court (The Movies IMAX Gloria), a supermarket (Super Food Plaza), the Hospital, a pharmacy, a golf course, and Beach Tennis Aruba.
