Experience an enchanting alpine getaway at Sky Villa, a six-bedroom, 10-bathroom chalet that comfortably sleeps 14 guests. With ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort, fine dining and entertainment minutes away at the Canyons Village Base Area, and only a 20-minute drive from Main Street, this home is perfectly located for exploring Park City!

The first floor features a spacious game room outfitted with a wet bar, plush seating, and an 80” TV alongside ping-pong, foosball, and pool tables. Through the glass doors is the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and a heated patio table for eight. A ski prep room and laundry space make hitting the trails with clean gear effortless. Down the hall is a guest bedroom with a king bed and pool deck access, plus a kid-friendly bunk room with two twin-over-twin beds.

A primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and fireplace is on the second floor.

Continue to the third level’s impressive two-story great room adorned with striking beamed ceilings, colorful modern artwork, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing dramatic mountain views. Relax by the stone fireplace or watch a movie on the 80” TV—two sofas and an arrangement of comfortable club chairs offer plenty of seating for the group! The enormous kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and an open layout for seamless conversation between spaces. Up to 10 guests can dine at the formal dining table, with 4 extra seats at the breakfast bar. After dinner, grab a bottle of wine from the chiller and enjoy a nightcap on the balcony.

The primary bedroom on the fourth level boasts stunning views, a Juliet balcony, a plush king bed, a fireplace, and a Smart TV. This floor has 2 additional guest bedrooms with private bathrooms—the first bedroom has 1 king, and the second has 2 twin beds that can form a king.

Escape to Sky Villa for a luxury mountain retreat. Easily explore with parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and a heated driveway. For ski-in/ski-out access, follow the trail located directly off the ski locker patio to the left of the aspen trees to the Twilight Trail. Use Harmony Trail to connect to the Tombstone Express.
