Welcome to The Pines at Peak 8! This private home is nestled among evergreens and lodgepole pines on a quiet street off of Ski Hill Road. It's just minutes from the epicentre of Breck and Peak 8 base, the heart of the mountain! Bright and spacious, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom mountain retreat offers all the comforts of home, including an open kitchen overlooking the woods, a recently renovated main bath, home office, private hot tub, and wood-burning fireplace. Walk to the free shuttle bus just around the corner and take the 5-minute ride up to Peaks 7 & 8; or take the bus down to Main Street for epic sightseeing, shopping and dining in downtown Breckenridge.

After a day of adventure, relax in the oversized, great room with vaulted ceilings and skylights, a 75-inch flat-screen TV, a comfortable sectional and two recliners, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, brand new appliances, a dining room table that sits 10, and 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Easily gear up in the morning in the spacious ski room where you'll find plenty of storage and direct outdoor access. This main level also includes a half bathroom off the kitchen and a full bathroom with a shower and laundry. The sunroom off of the dining room leading to the deck is perfect for board games and also offers a pull-out sleeper sofa. In addition, the main level has a private den with a pull-out sleeper sofa and TV for streaming your favourite shows.

Upstairs, guests will find all five of the bedrooms, including the main suite with a king bed, renovated bathroom, and separate office space to make working remotely a breeze. Down the hall are a king bedroom with a private bathroom, a queen bedroom with direct access to the shared bathroom, another queen bedroom with beautiful views of Peak 9 and 10, and a fifth bedroom that has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a full trundle.

Soak in the 8-person hot tub or fire up the Weber grill to enjoy the ultimate apres ski experience on the large deck overlooking the woods. The alluring Breckenridge Nordic Center is one block away, offering snowshoeing, hiking, and cross-country skiing!

The Pines at Peak 8 offers plenty of space for a large group to come together, or you can easily split up and discover little nooks for some quiet time.

There is an attached heated garage for two compact vehicles. Up to five additional vehicles can park either in front of the garage or back-to-back along the driveway. Please note, there is no on-street parking.

This home welcomes dogs with an additional pet fee.

* Breckenridge is a high-alpine environment that regularly receives significant snowfall, restricting access to many homes. This home requires vehicles with 4-wheel drive to ensure safe access. Chains and snow tires are highly recommended. Colorado does have a traction law during the winter months
