Where to begin!?!? We are all back home looking at each other asking "who do we think we are?". Our group of 15 had a 5-star spectacular time at Paradiso Perduto. We scored nonstop SWA flight from Baltimore to Cabo. Our concierge got sprinter transport organized at a very fair cost to move all of us and all our luggage to the villa. It was roughly 30 minute easy ride to villa. We were greeted at villa door by a very polished team. We thought based on website that we had Chef and housekeeper for the week. The reality was there were 8 people helping all week. Daniel, was our main house contact. He was welcoming and beyond helpful all week. Hugo, worked closely with Daniel. There was no task they didn't dive into fully. The bar area was always in full swing, their knowledge of tequila (and tastings) was first rate. They were knowledgeable of the area, directions, etc. Delma and Lulu did a beautiful job with keeping the house clean and organized- no simple task with 7 teenagers in our group! Chef Gustavo and his team of 3 cooks put out amazing food. The villa itself it spacious and gorgeous. There was plenty of space for everyone and many areas to congregate. All the guest rooms were well-appointed. All rooms had bathrooms. The master-master bedroom, in particular, had an amazing bathroom-closet-outdoor sauna space. The property amenities were gorgeous and well done (a waterfall, lit tennis court, bocce court and 6-hole chipper course). Additionally, the infinity pool is well-designed and overlooks the Sea of Cortez. The villa gym was well-equipped and spacious. The bar area was a plus with card table and big TV. The Sonos sound system worked all over the property. We felt safe in this beautiful golf community, especially with two gate checkpoints plus a gate at the villa property. The beach club was a 3 minute drive from villa. It was a nice casual environment with good food. The whole surrounding area is gorgeous. You can get a grueling workout walking the steep hills. The food was an A+. We had breakfast every day, lunch a few times and dinner 6 of our 7 nights there. There was great variety, beautiful presentation, plentiful food and great attention to a few with dietary-allergy issues. Daniel and Hugo knew how to make everything special and over the top. Our final dinner was stunning with beautiful tableware and candles. Chef Gustavo and his team provided a meal to remember. The villa comes with one boat ride, which really was a 70'+ yacht. It was over the top lovely and the perfect way to spend the afternoon. The captain and his crew took great care of us. We planned very few excursions so we could just enjoy the villa. Dune buggy/ Razer riding was fun. Dinner at El Farrralon at Resort Pedregal was an amazing setting alongside a cliff right at the ocean. Our concierge was very helpful to have rental cars delivered to the villa so we had available for the week. She was also helpful to get golf tee times setup 3x for some of our group. All in all, just spectular and off the charts. The villa, the staffing, and the food exceeded all expectations.
