OVERVIEW

The Villa is set on grounds of 10,000 m2, close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, and only a 15-minute drive from the airport and from the town of Ibiza.

The Villa has underfloor heating and air conditioning with a total of fourteen outlets to ensure for a perfect indoor climate. In addition, there is a huge open fireplace at the top of the house for those romantic evenings. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, large freezer and a double-door refrigerator. There is also a guest bathroom.

The pool area, with an integrated Jacuzzi, offers a perfect place to relax with a superb panoramic view over the Mediterranean. The outdoor area also features a BBQ as well as a chill-out area alongside gardens and lawn areas. To ensure your safety and peace of mind, there are security video cameras positioned all around the property.
