OVERVIEW
The villa is located on a hillside in Jesus, just five minutes from Talamanca Beach and Ibiza Town.
Outdoor spaces include a large pool, garden area, a barbecue and outdoor dining area, several terraces with comfortable outdoor furniture and parasols, an outdoor shower, and a garage.
The spacious, bright, open-plan lounge and dining areas open onto the terrace overlooking the pool and boast fantastic views of Dalt Vila and Ibiza Town. The lounge includes a large LCD TV with satellite programming, a comfortable seating area, and a fireplace, and the dining area easily seats eight people.
The fully equipped modern kitchen features a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine.
In the main house, there are three stylish double bedrooms, there is an additional double bedroom for staff with a private entrance accessed via the pool terrace.
Wireless internet access is available throughout the property and there is air conditioning. The property also has a safe deposit box.
