Château de Cassis is an 11th century well-known historical castle located at the top of a cliff and offering spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea and the pretty port of Cassis, not far from Marseille. The Château has been converted into a luxurious A/C five-suite property with a quiet walled garden and a bassin style swimming pool. In addition to those five suites, there are four other bedrooms available in another building on the estate. Chateau de Cassis can host any kind of wedding reception.
There is a large terrace with dining tables at the top of the cliff. This terrace offers stunning views over the sea and surroundings.
Finally, each suite opens onto the gardens and there are several small private terraces (arranged with garden furniture), one of them even has a fountain.

The 'Chateau' is located at the top of hill in the lovely village of Cassis.
Cassis is a small old fishing port located in the 'Calanques' of Marseilles. The 'Calanques' are rocky stretches of coast with deep inlets to the east of Marseilles (at 45 minutes from Marseilles International Airport).
The village is sandwiched between the 'Cap Canaille', the highest cliffs overlooking the sea in Europe (at 416 m altitude), and the 'Calanques'.
To reach the 'Chateau', guests can either take the plane to Marseilles International Airport (45 minutes), Castellet Airport (for helicopters and private jets, 25 minutes); either take the TGV (high speed train) to Marseilles.
