Casa La Playa is a new construction two-story luxury home with four primary en suite bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs with a heated saltwater pool. Located in the only community East of A1A Beachfront in Fort Lauderdale. Walk from home to sand in less than one minute, which is perfect for groups. This home can be rented for up to 10 adults and four children (under 13).

The home boasts sliding glass doors that open to a fabulous fenced-in backyard with a heated pool enabling an indoor/outdoor entertaining space. Home is set up with families and large groups in mind. A fully appointed Chef's Kitchen is perfect for cooking a simple dinner to a Thanksgiving feast. The dining area can accommodate large groups and the open layout living/family area opens to the covered patio in the backyard overlooking the heated pool and surrounded by artificial turf and lush landscape. There is surround sound throughout.
