• No events, parties, photo shoots, or video productions.
• No smoking or pets inside the home.
• If you are staying for longer than 14 days additional cleaning fees may apply unless you are having the home cleaned during your stay.
• Parking for three to four vehicles, no parking allowed on the street.
• Pools are heated to 88 degrees F at no additional cost. Anything over 88 degrees F will incur a fee of $20 per day.
• Spas are heated to 100 degrees F at no additional cost. Anything over 100 degrees F will incur a fee of $20 per day.
