To the westward edge, the deck drops to form wooden bench seating sunk into the rock - an idyllic spot to watch the sun sink into the gilded sea at the end of a perfect Ibizan day.

Follow the deck around the perimeter of the plot and you'll discover peaceful chill-out spots overlooking the blue Balearic sea. On an upper terrace, a wooden roof shelters an alfresco dining space, seating eighteen, with beautiful sea views.

Towards the beach, a rustic shelter is home to a further alfresco dining table, seating sixteen, pizza oven, and barbeque.

The house itself is a low, angular construction of white rendered walls sinking into the cliffside and huge sliding glass doors that maximize the impact of the ocean vistas. Inside, washed-out linens and driftwood-hued furniture rub shoulders with glossy tiles and feature walls in earthy tones of gold and black travertine.

The open-plan living space stretches from formal dinning space, seating sixteen, through a lounge with soft sofa seating, home cinema and digital projector, and a winter fireplace, as well as a sleek kitchen with breakfast bar and state-of-the-art appliances.

Tucked away along the wooden deck, you can enjoy the private spa facilities. These include steam room, massage tables, clifftop Jacuzzi, and smart gymnasium with incredible sea views.

A spacious games room offers a wealth of entertainment - from ping pong, pool and table football, to vintage arcade machines.
