Can Amara is a serene, contemporary villa that blends seamlessly into its rural surroundings, offering privacy, space, and a strong connection to nature. Centrally located in the south-west of Ibiza, the property is surrounded by several thousand square metres of landscaped gardens and enjoys beautiful mountain, countryside, and natural views—creating a calm retreat just minutes from the island’s most sought-after beaches. Set behind private gates and fully fenced, the villa offers a high level of privacy and seclusion throughout.

Designed for comfort and tranquillity, the villa accommodates up to six guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The interiors are bright and spacious, with a relaxed, understated sense of luxury throughout. The ground floor is centred around a generous open-plan living area combining the lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. Large windows and glass doors flood the space with natural light and open onto views of the olive grove and pool. The living room features integrated air conditioning, while automatic blinds enhance comfort and ease. A guest WC is conveniently located near the entrance.

The upper level is home to the villa’s elegant primary suite, which enjoys sea views and features a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with two showers, a bathtub, and a WC—creating a true private sanctuary. In total, the property offers three en-suite bathrooms, all finished to a high standard, along with a separate shared WC. Three balconies provide lovely views over the surrounding landscape.

Outdoor living is at the heart of Can Amara. The large garden wraps around the villa, with a shaded dining area overlooking the olive grove at the rear—ideal for long, relaxed meals. To the front, the pool area is designed for pure relaxation, featuring sun loungers, a Balinese daybed, a covered chill-out space, and a summer kitchen. A high-quality barbecue makes al fresco dining effortless, while the pool offers welcome refreshment on warm Ibizan days.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy a high-quality Dolby surround sound system both inside the villa and throughout the garden, perfect for setting the atmosphere from morning to evening. The modern kitchen is fitted with premium Siemens appliances, including a gas hob, oven, and coffee maker.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and well-equipped. Bath towels, pool towels, and bed linen are provided, and the property offers ample private parking for several vehicles within the gated grounds.
