OVERVIEW

Can Flor d’Ametller is a 300m² rural estate set within a sprawling 30,000m² private plot in the heart of the picturesque Benimussa Valley. This traditional Ibicencan finca has been respectfully restored to preserve its heritage while offering modern comforts. Surrounded by the deep peace and tranquility of the countryside, the villa remains strategically located; the vibrant village of San José is just 10 minutes away, and the world-renowned turquoise waters of Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida, and Cala Conta are within a very short drive.

The residence is thoughtfully laid out on a single level, defined by the thick stone walls and generous proportions of classic island architecture. The main entrance leads through a welcoming hallway with an original fireplace into a grand living and dining room that offers distant sea views. Adjacent is a cozy separate lounge and a vast, farmhouse-style kitchen. Well-equipped for holiday catering, the kitchen features a large breakfast table, a practical pantry, and its own fireplace, which adds a touch of traditional island charm to the space.

The sleeping quarters are designed to provide both comfort and privacy, accommodating up to ten guests across five double bedrooms, all of which are fully air-conditioned. In one wing, accessed through a traditional “distribution salon,” you will find three inviting double rooms. The second wing of the house offers even more generous proportions, consisting of two expansive bedrooms with large double beds and one with its own en-suite bathroom. This wing also includes a private lounge area and an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking extra independence.

The estate’s outdoor areas are tiered to create distinct zones for relaxation. Leading from the main living spaces is a large interior patio, ideal for shaded breakfasts or alfresco dinners. Below, a second level reveals an expansive, lush garden of natural grass and fruit trees, all lovingly maintained and offering wide views over the valley and surrounding almond groves. This level also features a private gym and an outdoor bathroom with a shower for convenience. On the third level, the impressive swimming pool is surrounded by a large sun-drenched terrace with premium loungers and parasols. Overlooking the pool is a fully-equipped outdoor barbecue area and summer kitchen. Designed for convenience and safety in the countryside, it features a high-performance gas grill, fridge, dishwasher, and oven, providing everything needed for comfortable poolside dining.

There is parking for numerous vehicles, and all access roads to the property are fully asphalted, ensuring a smooth and easy connection to the nearby village of San José and beyond.
